The intent of this page is to inform tournament organizers of available software. I am starting by putting down what I know about the current environment. My hope is that the developers I describe will send me better descriptions. This is, for them, basically a free advertisement. Please also don't be offended if I am wrong. I will note thet the information is unconfirmed. Any other developers are encouraged to mail me information on their products.
