The following section is where free form comments are added and attachments are made. HOMOLOGATOR'S REMARKS Give details of any variations of IWSF rules. List any alterations to the course, etc. duringthe competition. List any malfunction of equipment. Give any further information which might affect the Tournament Council's assement of the homologation. --Two slalom tower judges each side at approximately 44 degrees, plus a video gate signal sent back to the main tower. --For the first skier in Open Men in the first round, skier buoys appeared to move narrower and then move back after his set on the water. Shortly afterward, a system was discovered that could be used to narrow the course from a remote location. There is no evidence the system was used for any other skier, including the Women Round 1, run before Men. The system was disconnected at the subbuoys before Slalom Round 2. This is the reason for the recommendation of non-Homologated for Round 1. The IWSF may want to overrule my recommendation, and that would be without objection from me as Homologator. During the rest of the Mens first round, the Chief Judge monitored the slalom buoys, which were in approximate alignment with 3 jump course and 4 trick course buoys, this making the narrowing appear obvious in the first place. --No skiers in Round 1 Slalom exceeded their IWSF Rankings score, the closest being one male and one female at 1 buoy short. For both Men and Women, their median score in Round 1 was 4.75 buoys less than their Rankings score, so there are no suspicious scores by the pro skiers. The AWSA is currently carrying on an investigation. --Same ramp as for the MasterCraft Pro the week before, but with a white line painted on the deck from 6.7 to 6.8m. Bemman ramp, with skifly length capability. --Latest Corson VJ Version 29 used for jump, includes a built-in check of the check buoy. Check buoys at 50m and 65m did check OK per program.
