This document is to be completed and emailed to bcorson@telesciences.com for every R or L tournament worldwide. If email is not possible then the text file on 3.5 inch floppy must be sent with the paper homologation dossier. This is in addition to the normal homologation procedures required by Federation or Region administrations.
