The following section is where free form comments are added and attachments are made. HOMOLOGATOR'S REMARKS Slalom and Jump course was survied on 6-11-09 Slalom was held on Lake 2 (Lake Alexis) and Jump and Trick was held on Lake 1 (Lake Adam). I forgot to put the 20 cm tape/mark on the slalom boat windshield. However, I was the only person review the boat path and we only had one driver, it had no impact on the tournament. This report was completed electronical on the older Homologation Report (1985-2006), However, there is NO difference between the latest version and this version. Submitted as is. 7/3/09 and 7/4/09 Regina Jaquess set a Slalom World Co-Record 1 @ 10.25 on 7/3/09 Round 2, and set a Overall World Record of 2895.45 (Trick/Jump on 7/4/09 Round 2). On 7/4/09 after the tournament, all videos were re-reviewed by the officals and myself and found acceptable. Because the Chief Judge was Jim Jaquess, Jim had no input to the re-review. The slalom boat video was reviewed to verify that the score was correct by the event/boat judges. Boat Path Video was reviewed, rope/handle was measured and found acceptable. The Trick Video was re-reviewed by the Judges, Re-timed to verify everything was in time, Score of 7350 was correct. Trick Ski was measured and verfied within specifications. The Jump video was reviewed by both Video Opeartors and the score/distance was correct at 51.8m (170 ft). The jump and rope/handle were remeasured and verfied within specifications. All files/video (Trick/Jump/Slalom) have been saved and is avaliable upon request. The Slalom Video has been submitted electronically for review/approval. A Record Form application was also submitted to document the Overall Record along with the Slalom World Co-Record. Please contact Jerry Jackson if any additional information is required.
