The Chilean Water Ski Federation looks forward to welcoming all Federations to the 2003 "Copa Challenger" in Santiago, Chile.

Competition Venue – How to reach the site

San Bernardo is situated near Santiago

Panamericana Sur Highway – Km. 25

At km.25 turn left and 2.5 kms. to the Cordillera de Los Andes (East)

San Bernardo is 35 kms. from Arturo Merino Benitez Airport

25 kms. from Santiago.

Nearest Airport: "Arturo Merino Benitez"

Entry Fee

The entry fee agreed with the IWSF will be 100 US$ per person.


Training on Site

It will possible to train on site whenever you wish at the cost of US$ 120 per hour.

Intention to Enter

The Organizing Committee kindly asks you to send the enclosed "Intention to Enter" form to the Chilean Water Ski Federation

Official Entry Form

Enclosed you will also find the official entry form. In accordance with IWSF Rule 2.05 the entry form must be received WITHIN NOVEMBER 3, 2003.



There will accommodation at the CAR Hotel (High Performance Center) or at the site itself at a cost of US$ 25 each from November 10 to November 17. Breakfast, lunch and dinner included.



Lunches for all entitled people and supporters will be supplied at the site with no cost. Officials will be hosted by the Organizing Committee.


There will transport from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the site. Please let us know about your flight itineraries at



Official Tow Boat

The two official tow boats for the 2003 Copa Challenger will be Ski Nautique 2003.



Only the Overall will be awarded at this tournament with the following:


1st Place……….US$ 3,000

2nd Place……….US$ 2,000

3d Place………..US$ 1,000

4th Place………..US$ 500.

5th Place………..US$ 250.

Class of the Tournament

It will be a two round class L tournament.
